By using Wiggly, you agree to these terms.

    Use of the app

    Wiggly is a private ADHD self-management app for focus sessions, thought reflection, daily tasks, goals, and gentle progress. Wiggly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  2. 02

    Your data

    You own all data you create in Wiggly. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

  3. 03

    Purchases and subscriptions

    If Wiggly offers paid features or subscriptions, the price and renewal terms will be shown in the relevant app store before purchase. Store purchases are managed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms.

    Disclaimers

    Wiggly is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The ASRS screening and CBT exercises included in the app are for self-reflection purposes only and should not replace professional clinical assessment.

    Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
