Eligibility and purpose

You must be at least 13 to use Wiggly. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is aware of your use.

Wiggly is a private ADHD self-management app for focus sessions, thought reflection, daily tasks, goals, and gentle progress. Wiggly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity performed through your account.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Wiggly only the permissions needed to store, display, moderate, and deliver content you choose to place in shared Spaces.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wiggly to break the law, harass people, post harmful or infringing material, interfere with the service, probe its security without authorization, or attempt to gain access to another person's account or data.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and purchase conditions are shown by the relevant app store before you confirm. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the store terms.

Apple or Google manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests for purchases made through its store.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wiggly available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, repair, or retire features and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects a paid service where practical.

Ending use

You may stop using Wiggly at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may restrict access for serious or repeated abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.

Wiggly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Screenings and structured reflection exercises do not replace assessment or care from a qualified professional. Contact local emergency or crisis services if you are in immediate danger.

Warranty and liability

Wiggly is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. We may update them and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Questions can be sent to support@wigglyapp.com.
